Cyclone heavy gal high tensile barbed wire is better suited for areas with a higher corrosive environment, and is lighter and stronger than the standard Gal Iowa soft wire, and therefore it maintains its tension and allows for wider post spacing’s. 

Cyclone heavy gal high tensile barbed wire is suitable for use in all livestock situations, with the 1.57mm commonly used in sheep areas as a result of less stock pressures, with the 1.80mm traditionally the preferred option when there is a mix of sheep and cattle or larger livestock with a heavier stock intensity.

Cyclone heavy gal high tensile barbed wire is available in 1.57mm and 1.80mm diameters, and is wound onto a timber spool for ease of handling in 500m lengths.
